All visual content produced by Fannabe, operated by Zillatech Ltd., is generated by artificial intelligence. No real people are filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded to produce it, and no performers are hired for its production.

Zillatech Ltd. is therefore not a "producer" as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and the record-keeping requirements of those provisions do not apply to content generated by the Service.

Where users create content based on their own likeness, their identity and age are verified before use. Content involving anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
