Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not create, upload or share using Fannabe, operated by Zillatech Ltd. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using Fannabe, you agree to follow it.

1. Who can use Fannabe

You must be at least 18 years old, and the age of majority in your country, to use Fannabe. We may ask you to verify your age, and we will close accounts that we believe belong to minors.

2. Prohibited content

You must not create, upload, request, store or share content that:

• involves, depicts, or appears to depict anyone under 18, including through childlike features, clothing, settings, roleplay or descriptions. This applies to real, fictional and AI-generated characters alike;
• is sexual or intimate content of a real, identifiable person without their documented consent, including deepfakes, face swaps and "undressing" of real people;
• depicts or promotes non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence, coercion, incest, bestiality, or sexual content involving people who are unconscious, intoxicated or otherwise unable to consent;
• depicts extreme violence, torture, gore, or serious bodily harm in a sexual context;
• promotes or facilitates prostitution, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation or blackmail;
• promotes self-harm, suicide or eating disorders;
• promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or hatred or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other protected characteristic;
• is intended to defame, harass, threaten, intimidate or dox any person;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights; or
• is otherwise illegal in Cyprus, the European Union, or the country where you are located.

3. Real people, likeness and consent

You may only create content based on a real person's face, body, voice or other identifying features if that person is an adult and has given you their explicit consent for that specific use. You may not use Fannabe to impersonate a real person or to make content appear to come from them. We may ask you to provide proof of consent at any time, and we will remove content where consent cannot be shown.

4. Uploaded media

Before any uploaded media can be used, you must confirm that you hold all necessary rights to it and the consent of every person shown or heard in it. Uploading media of another person without their consent, or media you do not have the rights to use, breaches this policy.

5. Prohibited uses of the service

You must not:

• use generated content to deceive, defraud or scam others, including presenting AI-generated people as real in a misleading way;
• attempt to bypass, disable or manipulate our safety filters, moderation or age checks, for example through deliberately misleading prompts;
• use Fannabe to send spam or for automated or bulk generation not permitted by your plan;
• access another person's account, or share your own account; or
• use payment methods you are not authorised to use, or file false chargebacks.

6. How we enforce this policy

We use a combination of automated safety filters and human review to detect content that breaks this policy. Depending on the severity of the breach, we may block a generation, remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, or suspend or permanently close your account.

Content that involves minors, or non-consensual intimate content of real people, leads to immediate removal and account closure. Where the law requires it, or where there is a risk to someone's safety, we preserve relevant records and report the matter to law enforcement and other competent authorities.

7. Reporting content

If you see content on Fannabe that you believe breaks this policy, or that uses your likeness without your consent, please report it using the process described on our Report Content page. Anyone can report content, whether or not they have a Fannabe account.
