Content Moderation Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This policy explains how Fannabe, operated by Zillatech Ltd., reviews content on the Service and what we do when content breaks our rules. It applies together with our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out what is and isn't allowed.

1. What we moderate

Moderation covers media that users upload, generation requests and prompts, generated outputs, and anything reported to us.

2. How we moderate

3. Actions we take

Depending on the severity of the breach, we may block a generation, remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, or suspend or permanently close an account. Content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate content of real people, leads to immediate removal and account closure. Where the law requires it, we preserve relevant records and report the matter to law enforcement and other competent authorities.

4. Response times

Content involving minors is removed immediately once identified. Non-consensual intimate content is removed within 48 hours of a valid report. All other reports are reviewed and resolved within 7 business days.

5. Appeals

Users can appeal moderation decisions as described in our Complaints, Takedown & Appeals Policy. Appeals are reviewed by a team member who was not involved in the original decision.

6. Records and improvement

We keep records of reports, moderation decisions and actions taken. We review these regularly to improve our filters and processes, and provide them to our payment partners and competent authorities where required.
