Anti-Human Trafficking Statement

Zillatech Ltd., the operator of Fannabe, has zero tolerance for human trafficking, forced labour, and sexual exploitation in any form. This statement sets out how we prevent our Service from being used to support them.

1. Our commitment

We do not knowingly allow any person, account or business connected to human trafficking or sexual exploitation to use the Service. We comply with applicable anti-trafficking laws, including the laws of Cyprus and the European Union.

2. No real performers

Fannabe generates AI content. We do not hire, recruit, film or pay real performers, and the Service does not offer any in-person or real-world services.

3. Prohibited activity

Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits using the Service to:

• promote, advertise or facilitate human trafficking, forced labour, prostitution or escort services;
• create or share content involving the sexual exploitation, coercion or abuse of any person;
• upload media of any person who has not freely consented to its use; or
• create any content involving, or appearing to involve, a minor.

4. How we enforce this

We screen uploads and generation requests, require users to confirm the consent of every person shown in uploaded media, and review reported content as described in our Content Moderation Policy. Where we identify possible trafficking or exploitation, we immediately remove the content, close the account, preserve relevant records and report the matter to law enforcement.

5. Our partners

We expect our suppliers and business partners to share our commitment, and we will end a business relationship if we find evidence of involvement in trafficking or exploitation.

6. Reporting

If you suspect that Fannabe is being used in connection with human trafficking or exploitation, report it immediately through our Complaints, Takedown & Appeals Policy. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
